a decent stay
great location convenient location polite staff vintage look street noise small area cramped area empty saucepan scrambled eggs saucepan
the location was amazing! it was accessible to everything i wanted to see. the staff was very polite (and always ready to assist with directions). i really liked the vintage paris look in the hotel.
my room faced the street and it was noisy in the mornings (i'm a light sleeper, admittedly). the breakfast area was small. the scrambled eggs were often empty when i went down.

cramped layout inadequate lighting
the LOCATION was acceptable for access to the metro.
My ROOM was not satisfactory. The layout felt cramped and not well-designed. the lighting was inadequate, even with all the available lamps, the room remained dim. the pillows provided were SUBSTANDARD, impacting my sleep quality.

fantastic stay!
cozy lobby polite staff comfortable bed reasonable size
I found the lobby to be cozy with nice decorations. the front desk staff were very polite, and always helpful. i really liked the privilege double room with a balcony. The bed had nice linen! the room was a really reasonable size.
The lift could only fit two people. It was a bit of a squeeze!

the location was great! it was easy to find the hotel and central to the shopping areas nearby. there were good links to the metro, too! you can walk to central locations.

The staff were amazing! they were always around to help us get cabs. the staff was also friendly, and very cute. daley and other staff were also helpful. They gave great restaurant recommendations.

The interior was beautiful. It had a chic yet relaxed vibe. the hop-on-hop-off bus stop was very close by! i was pleased there were many bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

The location was convenient for accessing major attractions. The staff was consistently cute and helpful throughout my stay. I found the room to be super clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room's amenities.
I found the breakfast service to be slightly disorganized during peak hours. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped, (though the selection was satisfactory). This made it difficult to find seating at times.

The room featured ample space and included a well-stocked minibar. The bedding included high-quality linens and comfortable pillows. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead and provided complimentary toiletries from Fragonard Paris.
